Rhythm Dance -this is a Cardio Dance WORKOUT that incorporates reggae, african, techno, house and funk beats into an easy to follow low impact workout!!!!

Learn TO Dance - Learn how to dance in a club, learn the basics of reggae, hip hop, & club dancing...its a great way to sweat and get the club feel!  This class is great for anyone that wants to learn to club or for those who love dancing already.

Strip Tease Groove - YOU have to wear four layers of clothes and then you take it off :)  Its a fun cardio workout that brings out your sex appeal. 

Video Dance - Learn hip hop and street jazz type choreography as if you're in a music video...its fun and easy to follow....

Open Hip-Hop- A fast paced dance class that incorporates more challenging hip-hop choreography- we may take it to the floor so always have your knee pads handy- this class is for any age- just be ready to move

Cardio Funk - a low impact workout stylized with funky club moves...all the latest songs you hear on the weekends out dancing you can some new moves here in class...all levels are welcome if you like to have fun!

Latin Funk - Similar to cardio funk but stylized with latin movements to latin music!!!

Tighter Assets - Firm, strengthen and shape up your abdominal and lower body in this conditioning class.

Muscle Fusion - A full body weight training workout!

Deep Definitions - a full body, moving and sweating workout....incorporating light weights and cardio movement.
